A Quiet Place to Gather,
Slow Down, and Reconnect

Tucked into one of the most scenic corners of the Northeast, on the border of New York and Vermont, Dancing Ewe Farm is a hidden destination for private events, curated gatherings, and countryside retreats.

Welcome to
Dancing Ewe Farm

Today, Dancing Ewe Farm continues to evolve — now focused on intimate events, meaningful experiences, and creating a place where people can step away from noise, reconnect with nature, and share memorable moments together.

Surrounded by open pastures, historic barns, stone walls, and sweeping views of the Vermont mountains to the east and the foothills of the Adirondacks to the west, the farm offers something increasingly rare: genuine quiet, clean air, and a setting built entirely around hospitality.

OUR HERITAGE

From Artisan Creamery to Countryside Destination

Founded in 2003 as a small artisan creamery, Dancing Ewe Farm earned a quiet reputation among some of New York City's most celebrated kitchens — including restaurants associated with chefs such as Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud, Lidia Bastianich, and Thomas Keller.

Those early relationships shaped everything we are today: simple food, thoughtful hospitality, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.

The Kind of Place That Stays With You

Once Guests Arrive, They Rarely Want to Leave At its heart, Dancing Ewe Farm has always been about creating memorable experiences — whether around a dinner table, a glass of wine, or simply a quiet evening beneath the stars.

Meet the Founder

From a childhood in 4-H and show rings to veterinary medicine and a transformative apprenticeship in Italy, Jody's journey shaped the farm's spirit of authenticity, craftsmanship, and connection to the land.

Upcoming Dinners & Brunches

Join us for a Saturday farm dinner or a relaxed Sunday brunch — four special weekends this season. Seating is limited.

"These weekends celebrate the changing seasons, so menus, formats, and dates may evolve throughout the year. Please check back often for updates and reservation information."
