Welcome to
Dancing Ewe Farm
Today, Dancing Ewe Farm continues to evolve — now focused on intimate events, meaningful experiences, and creating a place where people can step away from noise, reconnect with nature, and share memorable moments together.
Surrounded by open pastures, historic barns, stone walls, and sweeping views of the Vermont mountains to the east and the foothills of the Adirondacks to the west, the farm offers something increasingly rare: genuine quiet, clean air, and a setting built entirely around hospitality.

WHAT WE OFFER
Ways to Experience the Farm
However you come to Dancing Ewe Farm, the setting stays the same: open pastures, genuine hospitality, and time well spent around the table.
OUR HERITAGE
From Artisan Creamery to Countryside Destination
Founded in 2003 as a small artisan creamery, Dancing Ewe Farm earned a quiet reputation among some of New York City's most celebrated kitchens — including restaurants associated with chefs such as Mario Batali, Daniel Boulud, Lidia Bastianich, and Thomas Keller.
Those early relationships shaped everything we are today: simple food, thoughtful hospitality, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.
